Read all analog and discrete instrument I/O, measured components, calculated
components, internal variables and control setpoints, diagnostic and discrete control flags.
Manual override and control of instrument functions: trigger a check cycle, set the analyzer into maintenance, etc.
The OMD-41 OPC Server implements the OPC Data Access and Alarms & Events specifications.

The OMD-41 MEPA application available from Sick is OPC Client compatible with this OPC Server.
